of employees<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u4eca\u65e5\u306f\u798f\u5229\u539a\u751f\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u805e\u304d\u305f\u3044\u3093\u3060<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">From my experience if living in this country and also conversations I&#8217;ve had with all the people from different countries<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u50d5\u306e\u3053\u306e\u56fd\u3067\u306e\u751f\u6d3b\u3068\u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\u306e\u4eba\u3068\u4f1a\u8a71\u3057\u305f\u7d4c\u9a13\u304b\u3089<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">I think that welfare of workers differs in each country<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u798f\u5229\u539a\u751f\u3063\u3066\u56fd\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u7570\u306a\u308b\u3068\u601d\u3046\u3093\u3060\u3088\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">So I wanna ask you about it What it is like in Australia<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3060\u304b\u3089\u30aa\u30fc\u30b9\u30c8\u30e9\u30ea\u30a2\u3063\u3066\u3069\u3093\u306a\u611f\u3058\u304b\u805e\u304d\u305f\u304f\u3066\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">First of all, I researched on Google What most likely we have in Japan<\/p>\n<p demand from companies in Japan<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u65e5\u672c\u4eba\u304c\u4f1a\u793e\u306b\u6c42\u3081\u308b\u798f\u5229\u539a\u751f\u3092\u8abf\u3079\u3066\u307f\u305f\u3093\u3060<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">So I&#8217;m gonna mention the top five of them<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u4eca\u304b\u3089\u305d\u306e\u30c8\u30c3\u30d7\uff15\u3092\u8a71\u3059\u304b\u3089<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">And please class=\"en\">So when I used to work in Japan<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u6614\u65e5\u672c\u3067\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3057\u3066\u3044\u305f\u6642<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">I used to pay two hundred dollars for a decent apartment<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u826f\u3044\u611f\u3058\u306e\u30a2\u30d1\u30fc\u30c8\u306b\uff12\u4e07\u5186\u6255\u3063\u3066\u305f\u3093\u3060<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">And the rest of them goes to the company<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305d\u308c\u4ee5\u5916\u306f\u4f1a\u793e\u304c\u6255\u3063\u3066\u304f\u308c\u3066\u305f\u3093\u3060\u3051\u3069<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Do you have something but yeah<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">\u5efa\u7bc9\u58eb\u3068\u3057\u3066\u306f\u51fa\u306a\u3044\u3051\u3069\u306d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Coz when I used to work in a real estate in Tokyo<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3066\u8a00\u3046\u306e\u3082\u50d5\u304c\u6771\u4eac\u3067\u4e0d\u52d5\u7523\u3057\u3066\u305f\u6642\u306f<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">It was like four hundred yen or something to go to my workplace<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u73fe\u5834\u307e\u3067\u7247\u9053400\u5186\u3050\u3089\u3044\u3060\u3063\u305f\u3093\u3060\u3088\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Which is like four dollar<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3060\u304b\u30894\u30c9\u30eb\u304f\u3089\u3044\u304b<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">And everytime my company paid for it<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u6bce\u56de\u4f1a\u793e\u304c\u51fa\u3057\u3066\u304f\u308c\u305f\u304b\u3089\u3055<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">The third one is bonus<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u4e09\u3064\u76ee\u306f\u30dc\u30fc\u30ca\u30b9<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Many Japanese companies pay you bonus every half year<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u591a\u304f\u306e\u65e5\u672c\u4f01\u696d\u306f\u534a\u5e74\u306b\u4e00\u56de\u30dc\u30fc\u30ca\u30b9\u304f\u308c\u308b\u3093\u3060<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">Wow! That&#8217;s very lucky<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">\u305d\u308c\u306f\u304b\u306a\u308a\u30e9\u30c3\u30ad\u30fc\u3060\u306d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Like one point five times your monthly salary or it could be like two or three times<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u6708\u53ce\u306e1.5\u500d\u3068\u304b2\u500d\u3068\u304b3\u500d\u3068\u304b\u3042\u308a\u3048\u308b\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">Depending on what industry you are they do<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">\u50cd\u304f\u696d\u754c\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u306f\u3042\u308b\u3088<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">I mean in architecture maybe it&#8217;s a bit more rera<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">\u5efa\u7bc9\u58eb\u306f\u3042\u307e\u308a\u306a\u3044\u304b\u3082\u306d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">But I think maybe if you work in like law or real estate maybe<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">\u6cd5\u5f8b\u95a2\u4fc2\u3084\u4e0d\u52d5\u7523\u3068\u304b\u306a\u3089\u304a\u305d\u3089\u304f\u3042\u308b\u304b\u306a\u3068<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Kind of like commission sort of thing<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u307e\u3042\u6b69\u5408\u7684\u306a\u611f\u3058\u306d\uff1f<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">The fourth one they hold medical check up for you<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u56db\u3064\u76ee\u306f\u5065\u5eb7\u8a3a\u65ad\u3092\u3084\u3063\u3066\u304f\u308c\u308b\u70b9<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">You need to do a medical check up sometimes right? To make sure that you are healthy<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u5065\u5eb7\u8abf\u3079\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u306f\u5065\u5eb7\u8a3a\u65ad\u5fc5\u8981\u3067\u3057\u3087\uff1f<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">And company does that for you Company pays you to do it<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305d\u308c\u3092\u4f1a\u793e\u304c\u5168\u90e8\u3084\u3063\u3066\u304f\u308c\u308b\u3093\u3060\u3088<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">Again not for the industry I&#8217;m in<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">\u307e\u305f\u3053\u308c\u3082\u50d5\u306e\u30d5\u30a3\u30fc\u30eb\u30c9\u3067\u306f\u306a\u3044\u304b\u306a\u3068<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">I guess every year they sometimes pay for flu shot<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">\u6bce\u5e74\u30a4\u30f3\u30d5\u30eb\u30a8\u30f3\u30b6\u306e\u30ef\u30af\u30c1\u30f3\u306f\u6255\u3063\u3066\u304f\u308c\u308b\u3051\u3069<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">That&#8217;s about it I guess<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">\u305d\u308c\u3060\u3051\u3060\u306a\u3042<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">But maybe I&#8217;m just unlucky in my industry<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff\">\u50d5\u306e\u696d\u754c\u304c\u3042\u307e\u308a\u826f\u304f\u306a\u3044\u3060\u3051\u304b\u3082\u3060\u3051\u3069\u7b11<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Last one is gonna be parental level<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u6700\u5f8c\u306f\u80b2\u5150\u4f11\u6687\u3060\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">So when you get a kid until they get a year old or something<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u5b50\u4f9b\u304c\u3067\u304d\u3066\u305d\u306e\u5b50\u304c1\u6b73\u3068\u304b\u306b\u306a\u308b\u307e\u3067\u306e\u9593<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">You get paid not hundred percent probably<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u304a\u305d\u3089\u304f\u4f1a\u793e\u304b\u3089100%\u3067\u306f\u306a\u3044\u3051\u3069<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Fifty percent of your salary or something<\/p>\n<p work with great bosses<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u50d5\u3089\u306f\u7d20\u6674\u3089\u3057\u3044\u30dc\u30b9\u305f\u3061\u3068\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3092\u3057\u3066\u3066<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">They also like to surf and to swim<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u5f7c\u3089\u3082\u30b5\u30fc\u30d5\u30a1\u30fc\u3060\u304b\u3089<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">So everyone&#8217;s really relaxed and laid back so<\/p>\n<p
