class=\"en\">Which are about Japan<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u65e5\u672c\u306b\u95a2\u3057\u3066\u306a\u3093\u3060\u3051\u3069<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Have you been to Japan before by any chance?<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u65e5\u672c\u884c\u3063\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3042\u3063\u305f\u308a\u3057\u306a\u3044\uff1f<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">I have not been to Japan<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u65e5\u672c\u306f\u306a\u3044\u308f\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">I haven&#8217;t either<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u79c1\u3082\u306a\u3044\u308f<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">So, when you heard Japan<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u65e5\u672c\u3063\u3066\u805e\u304f\u3068<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">What sort of positive image do you have about Japan?<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3069\u3093\u306a\u826f\u3044\u5370\u8c61\u304c\u6d6e\u304b\u3076\uff1f<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">It doesn&#8217;t have to be correct but like your image<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u5225\u306b\u3042\u3063\u3066\u3082\u306a\u304f\u3066\u3082\u3044\u3044\u304b\u3089\u304a\u59c9\u3055\u3093\u306e\u5370\u8c61\u3067<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">So interesting story<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u9762\u767d\u3044\u8a71<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">My father actually traveled to Japan in his twenty&#8217;s and<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u304a\u7236\u3055\u3093\u304c\uff12\uff10\u4ee3\u306e\u9803\u65e5\u672c\u306b\u884c\u3063\u3066\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">He studied karate in Japan<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u6771\u4eac\u3067\u7a7a\u624b\u3092\u7fd2\u3063\u305f\u306e<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">So I always have some sort of affiliation to Japan and Tokyo itself<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3060\u304b\u3089\u6614\u304b\u3089\u65e5\u672c\u3068\u6771\u4eac\u3068\u95a2\u4fc2\u306f\u3042\u3063\u305f\u306e<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Coz we as his children learned karate under him<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305d\u306e\u304a\u7236\u3055\u3093\u304b\u3089\u7a7a\u624b\u3092\u7fd2\u3063\u3066\u80b2\u3063\u305f\u304b\u3089\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">So that&#8217;s sort of always been my image<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3060\u304b\u3089\u305d\u306e\u30a4\u30e1\u30fc\u30b8\u304c\u6709\u308b\u3088\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Like traditional open hand karate martial arts<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u4f1d\u7d71\u7684\u306a\u7a7a\u624b\u306e\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Karate teaches you how to be polite and respect to the other as well I think<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u7a7a\u624b\u306f\u793c\u5100\u3068\u76f8\u624b\u3078\u306e\u30ea\u30b9\u30da\u30af\u30c8\u3082\u6559\u3048\u3066\u304f\u308c\u308b\u3088\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">How about class=\"jp\">\u30aa\u30fc\u30b9\u30c8\u30e9\u30ea\u30a2\u3067\u306f\u305d\u3046\u601d\u308f\u308c\u3066\u308b\u3088<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">I actually learned Japanese in school a couple of months in high school<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u79c1\u306f\u9ad8\u6821\u3067\uff13\u30f6\u6708\u304f\u3089\u3044\u65e5\u672c\u8a9e\u5b66\u3093\u3060\u306e<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Yeah, we have a course on it<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305d\u3046\u3044\u3046\u30b3\u30fc\u30b9\u304c\u3042\u308b\u306e<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">It gets integrated to school system but<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u5b66\u6821\u306e\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\u306b\u7d44\u307f\u8fbc\u307e\u308c\u3066\u308b\u3093\u3060\u3051\u3069<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">I don&#8217;t remember much<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3042\u3093\u307e\u308a\u899a\u3048\u3066\u306a\u3044\u3051\u3069\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">You can choose, right? Like out of a couple of languages<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3044\u304f\u3064\u304b\u306e\u8a00\u8a9e\u304b\u3089\u9078\u629e\u3067\u304d\u308b\u3093\u3067\u3057\u3087\uff1f<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">No, I think it was just Japanese and Italian<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u65e5\u672c\u8a9e\u3068\u30a4\u30bf\u30ea\u30a2\u8a9e\u3060\u3051\u3060\u3063\u305f\u3068\u601d\u3046<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">And we class=\"en\">If you have anything which is negative about Japan<\/p>\n<p in Japan people do this, right?&#8221;<\/p>\n<p people just harass women<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u5973\u6027\u306b\u9762\u5012\u304b\u3051\u308b\u4eba\u3082\u3044\u308b\u304b\u3089<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">That&#8217;s why they kind of like have the
