class=\"jp\">\u50d5\u306e\u751f\u5f92\u306e\u5973\u306e\u5b50\u304c\u30d6\u30e9\u30b8\u30eb\u306b\u4f4f\u3093\u3067\u3066\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">She&#8217;s 100% Japanese as well<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u5f7c\u5973\u306f\u4e21\u89aa\u3082\u65e5\u672c\u4eba\u3067<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">I think she&#8217;s fifth or fourth generation<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305d\u3046\u3060\u306d\u3048<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">To the point that someone from especially if it was  a multinational company,<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u4f8b\u3048\u3070\u305d\u308c\u304c\u6d77\u5916\u3067\u3082\u6d3b\u8e8d\u3059\u308b\u4f01\u696d\u306a\u3089<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Someone from another culture may take advantage<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u4ed6\u306e\u6587\u5316\u304b\u3089\u4eba\u304c\u6765\u305f\u6642\u306b<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Of the Japanese culture<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305d\u308c\u3092\u5229\u7528\u3055\u308c\u308b\u4e8b\u3082\u3042\u308b\u3088\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">which is just to say yes to everything<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u30a4\u30a8\u30b9\u3063\u3066\u306a\u3093\u3067\u3082\u30da\u30b3\u30da\u30b3\u3059\u308b\u3057<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">And to agree to everything <\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u4f55\u3067\u3082\u540c\u610f\u3057\u304c\u3061\u3060\u304b\u3089\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Which I think you know is leads to a lot of overtime work for Japanese professionals,<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305d\u308c\u306b\u305d\u306e\u6587\u5316\u306f\u8077\u5834\u306e\u6b8b\u696d\u554f\u984c\u3068\u304b\u306b\u3082\u7e4b\u304c\u308b\u3057<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">So I think that would be a negative that I have noticed<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305d\u308c\u304c\u65e5\u672c\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u30de\u30a4\u30ca\u30b9\u306a\u70b9\u3067\u6c17\u4ed8\u3044\u305f\u4e8b\u3060\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Even though the culture is you\u2019re Japanese\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u5411\u3053\u3046\u304b\u3089\u3057\u305f\u3089\u300e\u3048\uff1f\u300f\u307f\u305f\u3044\u306a\uff1f<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">They&#8217;re shocked and it&#8217;s very hard to explain,<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u9a5a\u304b\u308c\u308b\u3057\u8aac\u660e\u3059\u308b\u306e\u3082\u96e3\u3057\u3044\u3093\u3060\u3088<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">especially when class=\"jp\">\u3060\u304b\u3089\u65e5\u672c\u306b\u95a2\u3057\u3066\u306f\u826f\u3044\u7d4c\u9a13\u3070\u304b\u308a\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">I guess this one is not negative, but<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3053\u308c\u304c\u30cd\u30ac\u30c6\u30a3\u30d6\u304b\u3069\u3046\u304b\u306f\u308f\u304b\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3051\u3069<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Just from experience of teaching people on Cambly<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3053\u3053\u3067\u82f1\u8a9e\u3092\u6559\u3048\u3066\u308b\u7d4c\u9a13\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">I just have the image of from people&#8217;s experience,<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u307f\u3093\u306a\u306e\u8a71\u3068\u304b\u805e\u3044\u3066\u308b\u3068<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">That is quite a intensive work culture<\/p>\n<p of things about work?<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u65e5\u672c\u4eba\u3068\u8a71\u3057\u3066\u4ed5\u4e8b\u306e\u8a71\u3092\u8272\u3005\u805e\u3044\u305f\u3063\u3066\u3053\u3068\uff1f<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">A quite intense work culture and<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u304b\u306a\u308a\u53b3\u3057\u3044\u4ed5\u4e8b\u6587\u5316\u304c\u3042\u308a\u305d\u3046\u3060\u306a\u3063\u3066<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">That&#8217;s what I felt when I came to Australia, like,<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305d\u308c\u306f\u30aa\u30fc\u30b9\u30c8\u30e9\u30ea\u30a2\u6765\u305f\u6642\u6c17\u4ed8\u3044\u305f\u3088<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">We have an hour in Japan,<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\uff11\u6642\u9593\u3068\u3044\u3046\u4ed5\u4e8b\u306e\u6642\u9593\u304c\u65e5\u672c\u3068<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">One hour in Australia to work,<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u30aa\u30fc\u30b9\u30c8\u30e9\u30ea\u30a2\u3067\u3042\u3063\u305f\u3068\u3057\u305f\u3089<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">And in Australia it&#8217;s like pretty easy going<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u30aa\u30fc\u30b9\u30c8\u30e9\u30ea\u30a2\u306f\u51c4\u304f\u3086\u3063\u305f\u308a\u306a\u3093\u3060\u3088<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Not too much<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u884c\u304d\u904e\u304e\u3066\u306a\u3044\u306e<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">But in Japan I used to work as a real estate agent,<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305f\u3060\u65e5\u672c\u3067\u4ee5\u524d\u4e0d\u52d5\u7523\u3067\u50cd\u3044\u3066\u305f\u3051\u3069<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Like in the morning my boss gave me a task and straight away, I could think,<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u671d\u30dc\u30b9\u304b\u3089\u305d\u306e\u65e5\u306b\u3084\u308b\u4e8b\u6e21\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3059\u3050\u306b<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">\u201cMan, I&#8217;m not gonna be able to finish\u201d This is too much<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u591a\u3059\u304e\u3066\u7d76\u5bfe\u7d42\u308f\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3063\u3066\u306a\u308b\u306e\u3088<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Too much pressure, too many loads and tasks to finish<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u30d7\u30ec\u30c3\u30b7\u30e3\u30fc\u3068\u3084\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306e\u591a\u3055\u3068\u304b\u51c4\u3044\u306e\u3088<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">It seems very intense and<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u304b\u306a\u308a\u5927\u5909\u305d\u3046\u3060\u3057<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">From what I&#8217;ve heard especially some<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u79c1\u304c\u805e\u3044\u305f\u8a71\u3067\u306f\u3068\u308a\u308f\u3051<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">People of sort of younger generation find it quite hard to have like<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u82e5\u3044\u4eba\u306f\u30ef\u30fc\u30af\u30e9\u30a4\u30d5\u30d0\u30e9\u30f3\u30b9\u3092\u4fdd\u3064\u306e\u306b<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">A work life balance<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u82e6\u52b4\u3057\u3066\u308b\u307f\u305f\u3044\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">But that&#8217;s the only thing that I have heard<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u307e\u3042\u3067\u3082\u305d\u308c\u3050\u3089\u3044\u304b\u306a\u3042<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">It&#8217;s very hard to come up with anything negative to be honest<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u6b63\u76f4\u30cd\u30ac\u30c6\u30a3\u30d6\u306a\u70b9\u3092\u898b\u3064\u3051\u308b\u306e\u306f\u96e3\u3057\u3044\u306a\u3042<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">I mean that it&#8217;s interesting to Australian lady knows about the Japanese working culture<\/p>\n<p true that sometimes , when I used to work in Japan I kind of ,like,<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305d\u308c\u306b\u305f\u3057\u304b\u306b\u50d5\u304c\u65e5\u672c\u3067\u50cd\u3044\u3066\u3044\u305f\u6642\u3082<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">I was lost, like, I was not sure if I was<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u81ea\u5206\u304c\u4f55\u3057\u3066\u308b\u306e\u304b\u308f\u304b\u3089\u306a\u304f\u306a\u3063\u3066\u3055<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Working for life or<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u4eba\u751f\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u50cd\u3044\u3066\u3044\u308b\u306e\u304b<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">If I was living for work<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u4ed5\u4e8b\u306e\u305f\u3081\u306b\u751f\u304d\u3066\u308b\u306e\u304b\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">I was not too sure what I was doing<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u4f55\u3057\u3066\u3093\u306e\u304b\u308f\u304b\u3093\u306a\u304f\u306a\u3063\u305f\u306e\u3088<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">And I&#8217;m pretty sure many people think in that way too<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305d\u308c\u306b\u591a\u304f\u306e\u4eba\u3082\u3053\u308c\u306f\u611f\u3058\u3066\u308b\u3068\u601d\u3046\u3093\u3060<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Because like you said the balance is but<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3053\u308c\u304c\u672c\u5f53\u304b\u306f\u308f\u304b\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3051\u3069<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">It seems like maybe it&#8217;s very competitive<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u7af6\u4e89\u3082\u6fc0\u3057\u305d\u3046\u3060\u3088\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">To get into a university or job that you like<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u597d\u304d\u306a\u5927\u5b66\u306b\u5165\u308b\u4e8b\u3068\u304b\u597d\u304d\u306a\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3092\u5f97\u308b\u4e8b\u3068\u304b<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">That is like you are  up against a lot of other people<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u30e9\u30a4\u30d0\u30eb\u304c\u305f\u304f\u3055\u3093\u3044\u3066\u3055\u3042<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">So, already from like a young age, it&#8217;s quite a lot of pressure but,<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305d\u308c\u3082\u3042\u3063\u3066\u82e5\u3044\u9803\u304b\u3089\u30d7\u30ec\u30c3\u30b7\u30e3\u30fc\u3068\u751f\u304d\u3066\u3066<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Some other people would say it&#8217;s discipline <\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305f\u3060\u4eba\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u306f\u305d\u308c\u306f\u8a13\u7df4\u3060\u3063\u3066\u8a00\u3046\u4eba\u3082\u3044\u308b\u3057<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Which I also agree with it<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u79c1\u3082\u305d\u308c\u306b\u540c\u611f\u3067\u306f\u3042\u308b\u306e\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">I found it amazing that so many<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u82e5\u3044\u5e74\u9f62\u306e\u79c1\u306e\u751f\u5f92\u305f\u3061\u304c<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Especially young students<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3053\u3093\u306a\u306b\u3082\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3068\u5411\u304d\u5408\u3063\u3066\u308b\u3063\u3066<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Are so disciplined with their work<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u51c4\u3044\u4e8b\u3060\u306a\u3063\u3066\u601d\u3046\u306e<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">So, I guess it&#8217;s a double edge sword<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3060\u304b\u3089\u826f\u3057\u60aa\u3057\u3042\u308b\u306a\u3063\u3066<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">It&#8217;s amazing that people can be so discipline and<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305d\u3053\u307e\u3067\u3084\u308c\u308b\u306e\u3082\u51c4\u3044\u3057<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">have such a hard work ethic but<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305d\u3093\u306a\u30bf\u30d5\u306a\u52b4\u50cd\u502b\u7406\u3092\u6301\u3063\u3066\u308b\u306e\u3082\u51c4\u3044<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">On the other side,<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305f\u3060\u88cf\u3092\u8fd4\u305b\u3070<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Some people I&#8217;ve spoken to have struggled quite a bit with the pressure<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u79c1\u306f\u305d\u306e\u30d7\u30ec\u30c3\u30b7\u30e3\u30fc\u306b\u82e6\u3057\u3093\u3067\u308b\u4eba\u3068\u3082\u8a71\u3057\u305f\u3057<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">And it affects mental
