If you\u2019re going to a big company, big corporate company,wearing a tie is a bit much. Except it&#8217;s not finance students getting the jobs anymore, it&#8217;s engineering students. And a lot of engineering students, although they might be learning how to build a bridge, don&#8217;t actually want to build a bridge. Because they are really looking for someone, they really want to keep someone who can bring a benefit to your company.
