class=\"jp\">\u6700\u521d\u306e\u8cea\u554f\u306f<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">At what age did you start working?<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3042\u308b\u3044\u306f\u8ee2\u8077\u3057\u3088\u3046\u3068\u601d\u3063\u305f\u4e8b\u306f\u3042\u308b\u304b\u306a\uff1f<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Yeah for sure, because if there&#8217;s no learning or there&#8217;s no good environment<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">\u3082\u3061\u308d\u3093\u3088\u3001\u5b66\u3073\u304c\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u308a\u74b0\u5883\u304c\u60aa\u3051\u308c\u3070<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Obviously we change jobs for me it&#8217;s like learning<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">\u5f53\u7136\u8ee2\u8077\u3059\u308b\u3057\u3001\u5b66\u3076\u306e\u304c\u597d\u304d\u3060\u304b\u3089\u306d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">So you changed your job?<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3058\u3083\u3042\u8ee2\u8077\u3057\u305f\u3053\u3068\u3042\u308b\u306e\uff1f<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Yes<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">\u3042\u308b\u308f<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">One time or two?<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">1\u56de\uff1f2\u56de\uff1f<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Two times<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">2\u56de\u3042\u308b\u308f<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">And for me, I&#8217;m regularly changing my job like after two to three years<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u50d5\u306e\u5834\u5408\u306f2~3\u5e74\u3054\u3068\u306b\u8ee2\u8077\u3057\u3066\u308b\u3088<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Because we want to meet new people and new things<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u65b0\u3057\u3044\u4eba\u3084\u7269\u4e8b\u306b\u51fa\u4f1a\u3044\u305f\u3044\u304b\u3089\u306d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">If you do the same job again and again<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u540c\u3058\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3092\u7e70\u308a\u8fd4\u3059\u3060\u3051\u306a\u3089<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Your life will be like a robot, I don&#8217;t bring the same job<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u30ed\u30dc\u30c3\u30c8\u307f\u305f\u3044\u3060\u3088\u306d\u3001\u3060\u304b\u3089\u50d5\u306f\u540c\u3058\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3092\u3057\u306a\u3044<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Rather than so I like challenges and meeting new people<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u3069\u3063\u3061\u304b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3068\u6311\u6226\u3057\u3066\u65b0\u3057\u3044\u4eba\u306b\u4f1a\u3046\u306e\u304c\u597d\u304d\u3060\u306d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">I regularly change my job of two to three years<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u3060\u304b\u3089\u5b9a\u671f\u7684\u306b2\uff5e3\u5e74\u3067\u8ee2\u8077\u3059\u308b\u3088<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Sounds cool<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u826f\u3044\u306d\u3001\u7d20\u6575\u306a\u30a4\u30f3\u30c9\u4eba\u592b\u5a66\u3060<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Even you stay in the same field but you change the workplace to get better<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u540c\u3058\u5206\u91ce\u3067\u3082\u3088\u308a\u6210\u9577\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u8077\u5834\u3092\u5909\u3048\u308b\u3093\u3060\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Better version of you<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3088\u308a\u826f\u3044\u81ea\u5206\u306b\u306a\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">For sure<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">\u305d\u306e\u901a\u308a\u306d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">But in Japan some people change their job because they&#8217;re not happy about salary<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3067\u3082\u65e5\u672c\u3060\u3068\u7d66\u6599\u306b\u4e0d\u6e80\u304c\u3042\u308b\u304b\u3089\u8ee2\u8077\u3057\u305f\u308a<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Some people change their job because my they&#8217;re not feeling comfortable at their workplace<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u305f\u3076\u3093\u8077\u5834\u306b\u5fc3\u5730\u3088\u3055\u3092\u611f\u3058\u306a\u304f\u3066\u8ee2\u8077\u3059\u308b\u4eba\u304c\u3044\u308b<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Many reasons, many factors can be the reasons for people to change their jobs<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u8ee2\u8077\u3059\u308b\u7406\u7531\u306f\u8272\u3005\u3042\u308b\u3051\u3069<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">But you know, apparently there are many people in Japan who kind of like are worried of changing their job<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u4e00\u898b\u3059\u308b\u3068\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u4eba\u306e\u591a\u304f\u304c\u8ee2\u8077\u306b\u4e0d\u5229\u3092\u611f\u3058\u3066\u308b<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Because what of you can&#8217;t find another workplace<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u4ed6\u306e\u8077\u5834\u304c\u898b\u3064\u304b\u3089\u306a\u3044\u304b\u3082\u3057\u308c\u306a\u3044\u3068\u304b<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Or they afraid of telling their boss about they&#8217;re quitting their job<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u4e0a\u53f8\u306b\u8f9e\u3081\u308b\u3068\u4f1d\u3048\u308b\u306e\u304c\u6016\u3044\u3068\u304b<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">And also about their parents too telling thier parents to quit the job they kind of like scared to tell them<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u4e21\u89aa\u306b\u3055\u3048\u8f9e\u3081\u308b\u3068\u4f1d\u3048\u308b\u306e\u304c\u6016\u3044\u4eba\u3082\u3044\u308b\u3057\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Why you&#8217;re not worried about that sort of stuff?<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">2\u4eba\u306f\u305d\u3093\u306a\u5fc3\u914d\u3057\u306a\u3044\u306e\uff1f<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">No no<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">\u5168\u304f\u3088<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Even like you, for example, if you have good skills<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">\u3082\u3057\u7d20\u6674\u3089\u3057\u3044\u30b9\u30ad\u30eb\u3092\u6301\u3063\u3066\u3044\u308b\u306a\u3089<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">You are best in your place, obviously you know we get scared of changing the job<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">\u8ee2\u8077\u306b\u4e0d\u5b89\u304c\u3042\u3063\u3066\u3082\u30d9\u30b9\u30c8\u306a\u5834\u6240\u3067\u50cd\u304f\u3079\u304d\u3088<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">Ok, you&#8217;re confident<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u306a\u308b\u307b\u3069\u3001\u81ea\u4fe1\u304c\u3042\u308b\u304b\u3089\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">I&#8217;m confident enough that I&#8217;ll be getting the job<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">\u8ee2\u8077\u3067\u304d\u308b\u81ea\u4fe1\u304c\u3042\u308b\u304b\u3089\u306d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Obviously it&#8217;ll take time<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">\u3082\u3061\u308d\u3093\u6642\u9593\u306f\u304b\u304b\u308b\u304b\u3082\u3057\u308c\u306a\u3044\u3051\u3069<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">I&#8217;m not thinking it will be degree on spot obviously, it will take time<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">\u305d\u306e\u5834\u3057\u306e\u304e\u3067\u6c7a\u3081\u305a\u6642\u9593\u3092\u304b\u3051\u3066\u306d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">So for me, it&#8217;s around it gonna take one and two months<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u50d5\u306a\u30891,2\u30f5\u6708\u304b\u3051\u308b\u306d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">After that you will be like you are at your own place<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u5143\u306e\u5834\u6240\u306b\u623b\u308b\u304b\u3082\u3057\u308c\u306a\u3044\u3057<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Because once you&#8217;re at new place then<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u65b0\u3057\u3044\u8077\u5834\u306b\u884c\u3051\u3070<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">You need to learn all about culture<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u4f4d\u7f6e\u304b\u3089\u305d\u306e\u8077\u5834\u6587\u5316\u3092\u5b66\u3076\u5fc5\u8981\u304c\u3042\u308b\u3057<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">And I know man how they work together kind if thing<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u3069\u3093\u306a\u4eba\u9593\u3068\u4e00\u7dd2\u306b\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3092\u3059\u308b\u306e\u304b\u3068\u304b<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">So initially one or two months, it&#8217;s gonna be tough<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u3060\u304b\u3089\u6700\u521d\u306e1,2\u30f5\u6708\u306f\u5927\u5909\u3060\u308d\u3046\u3051\u3069<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">But it&#8217;s gonna be also challenging so that&#8217;s what like and after that<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u305d\u308c\u3082\u307e\u305f\u6311\u6226\u3060\u304b\u3089\u50d5\u306f\u597d\u304d\u3060\u306d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">It&#8217;s gonna be like the same as the last job<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u305d\u3046\u3058\u3083\u306a\u304d\u3083\u524d\u306e\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3068\u540c\u3058\u3067\u3057\u3087<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">So many people are afraid if it&#8217;s gonna be good or not by changing their job<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u591a\u304f\u306e\u4eba\u304c\u8ee2\u8077\u3057\u3066\u3088\u304f\u306a\u308b\u304b\u60aa\u304f\u306a\u308b\u304b\u6c17\u306b\u3059\u308b\u3051\u3069<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">But you enjoy the toughness<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">2\u4eba\u306f\u697d\u3057\u3093\u3067\u308b\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">Yes yes<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\">\u305d\u306e\u901a\u308a\u306d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">That&#8217;s what we need to do delighting 50s<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">50\u4ee3\u3092\u697d\u3057\u3093\u3067\u904e\u3054\u3059\u305f\u3081\u306b<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">So what&#8217;s my target still 50s we regularly need search in our job<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">\u5b9a\u671f\u7684\u306b\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3092\u63a2\u3055\u306a\u304d\u3083\u306d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"en\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">After 50s I don&#8217;t think that we need to change our job<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">Of course it&#8217;s easier because the economy is quite busy in Hong Kong<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\"><span style=\"color: happy about their workplace like you said are too busy or whatever<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u30b7\u30f3\u30d7\u30eb\u306b\u8077\u5834\u304c\u5fd9\u3057\u3059\u304e\u3066\u4e0d\u6e80\u304c\u3042\u308b\u4eba\u3082\u3044\u308b\u3057<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">And also, they want more salary that&#8217;s why they change their job<\/p>\n<p class=\"jp\">\u3082\u3063\u3068\u7d66\u6599\u304c\u6b32\u3057\u3044\u304b\u3089\u8ee2\u8077\u3059\u308b\u4eba\u3082\u3044\u308b\u3088\u306d<\/p>\n<p class=\"en\">But apparently in Japan, there are many people that they thought about it they are feeling about it they&#8217;re feeling so but they can&#8217;t change their job<\/p>\n<p simply afraid of next job if they can find another job or not<\/p>\n<p
