I didn’t know what to do so I was like “What am I gonna…” But

I’ve always been very skinny and

But I eat pizza and pasta as well

I’ve always been active

But at some point of my life I wasn’t like this

I used to eat everything

Then at some point I met ex-boyfriend who was a personal trainer

And he started to follow me with training and some diet and things like that

And my metabolism just changed

And when I stopped thinking about

I need to so like this

I was just more Focused on enjoying my training and my body changing

You said you were a bit chubby

But once you started doing the right eating habits and stuff

Your body completely changed that’s why you said

Some people are just blaming their metabolism as well and

I wasn’t really eating carbs

Not eating like pasta oe not eating bread

Were helpful for losing weight

But that’s not

Because I was eating salad salad and salad And I was always chubby

Because my metabolism was dead like

When I started to eat well like

Mediterranean diet you know

You put carbs you put vegetable you put protein

And you don’t think too much about it but you just follow that As a routine everyday

You just reactive your metabolism and

Your body starts to change before you even realize

So it’s not just to cut carbs or anything like that

You don’t have to cut because carbs is like the energy for your metabolism so you have to

You need to something that you are passionate about

People lose motivation

What is your motivation? How can you keep going?

I found what I love to do

I’m doing yoga now

I love doing yoga and

For me it’s something that I can’t stay without

So you need to find something like that

You don’t have to find something that is a job for you

It needs to be easy

Maybe you try many kinds of like training or fitness thing and

You find something you like and

I’m twenty eight

Have you been like this muscly since you were young?

No, I wish man

I was like sixty kilos when I arrived here Like it was maybe ten years ago

So you were quite skinny?

Yeah, I was disappearing honestly

An anchovy yoy know

So you were not like this big since you were young

No at all

Effort to come to this place

Especially eating like

You need to eat a lot like an animal

Eat whenever you can just eat

More than training? Eating?

Coz I’ve been training for like five six years

In the first three years I couldn’t see nay results like

At all even if I was taringing maybe sit times a week

Then I started eating into nutrition a little bit

And understand that if you don’t eat Your body doesn’t have material to grow

So yeah since then I’ve been just showing down

Chicken, broccoli and tuna

Whatever protein you can get I’ve gone for it

It’s really good to hear coz I asked you coz you know

We thought Western people are really muscly

Because maybe it’s just DNA

I’m still like quite tall and yeah but

What’s your motivation?

How do you keep your motivation?

This is the only sport I can do like

I f***ed up both of ligaments in my knees

So I can’t do any other sports

So I started training Calisthenics

I found out that I really love it and you know

If I don’t tarin now it’s sort of like

A need you have

So just after you start you’ll be constant

Maybe two days a week just try to make it for those days

Then slowly build up to three days four days

And after it because a need

Then you don’t need a motivation anymore

You actually need to train

It’s gonna be your routine like a normal thing to do and then

Get to this place like

Start from effort

Consistency and

It’s gonna be your lifestyle and

Change yourself

I’ve always done sports and everything so and gym

Like I’m always into gym and running and fitness everyday so

Working out everyday eating healthy yes

You can’t just have one without the other

Sometimes like I do pre-workouts and protein

But I don’t substitute them for meals or anything

I just have them as well depending on if I feel like them

Coz I feel like especially Japanese girls

They don’t really take protein powders and stuff

Unless you are like a super gym person you know

You don’t have to

I think everyone’s different

A lot of my friends go to the gym without taking them so

I guess it’s an individual preference

When it comes to training and body making

I think it’s really hard to keep the motivation and keep going

Well autually when I was younger I was really skinny

I always had this problem

I always felt shy

To go to the beach and to show my body

Because too skinny

And then slowly

I love doing sports

So I started enjoying going to the gym

Training almost everyday

That’s the most important thing

Of course there are a few important things to get a good shape

One is of course your genetic

That helps a lot

But it’s not all of it so

This is the example that I was really skinny

And I got to a point where now I like my body

So you need consistency

Consistency is the key

Then alimentation

A good diet as well

And of course a good training

If you conbine all this point

Then you’ll get what you are looking for

I reckon some Japanese people believe that

Especially Werstern people are quite massive

Because it’s all about DNAs and stuff

But I don’t think it’s all about it

It plays an important role but

As I told you before I was really skinny

So I mean if you believe yourself

You need to try

You can ask some achive to a personal trainer or something

Or do some research

I personally never asked a personal trainer

But I did research on internet

And then you know experimenting on yourself

And then you see in a long run what will suit better for your body

Of course you need supplement

If you cannot follow a right diet If you can not get and take protein, carbs and fat

Supplements help to get it easier to keep it up

I believe in that way too

Doing just weights is boring

It’s boring and then

It gets time going to the gym is not easy

You have to find a willpower

Another thing is try to change

To get a new kind of training

Like during the lockdown I couldn’t go to the gym Because the gyms were closed

So what I did

I discovered a new discpline called Calisthenics

Which is more challenging

And you can do everywhere

So I started doing that

And I saw a beautiful result

And I say once I get back to the gym

I combine

Now I’m doing like weight and body weight

So I think trying to change

Trying to change your routine sometimes

And then see the results

Sometimes it won’t happen

Because everyone’s different you know what I mean

But if you never try you never know
